Matthew Neikov – inactiveResidential Production Associate

Matthew enjoys his role as Production Associate as it allows him to help customers and build better relationships with his crews through active problem-solving. He is native to the Dayton area and resides in Kettering where he’s within a couple of miles of multiple coffee shops he visits weekly. In his free time, Matthew can be found reading, writing, and watching movies with his little girl, Zofia.
